This research, targeting 24 adult women patients in their 30s∼50s who had chronic back pain accompanied by lumbopelvic malalignment syndrome, is aimed at verifying the effect by analyzing the effect of the 12-week pelvic stabilization exercise program on body composition, Oswestry disability index(ODI), leg length difference(LLD), lumbopelvic subluxation change, and postural balancing ability, and further establishing this exercise program as the treatment program for improvements of a patient with the malalignment syndrome chronic back pain. As for statistical treatment, this research calculated the descriptive statistics of all materials using SPSS Statistics 18.0, and conducted Two-way ANOVA in order to verify the difference in dependent variables consequent on the between-group period and within-group period, and conducted One-way ANOVA of pre &post difference between three groups; at this point, in the case of occurrence of statistical significance difference, this research conducted Sheffe posteriori test. This research also conducted Paired t-test of the within-group difference. All statistical significance level will be set as p<.05. Putting together this research results, this study deducted the conclusion as follows:

1. Body Composition
There was no significant difference in the period, group, period * group in relation to the Weight and Body Mass Index(BMI)and the percentage of Body Fat.

2. Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)
There was p<.001 level of significant difference in the within-group period, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, exercise group, MET group, and MET/exercise group were all found to have p<.001 level of statistically significant changes.

3. Leg Length Difference
It was found that there was p<.001 level of significant difference in within-group period while showing p<.01 level of interaction effect in the group & reciprocal action. As a result of conducting posteriori test, it was found that the exercise group and MET/exercise group showed p<.05 and p<.01 level of significant changes respectively.

4. Lumbar Lordosis Angle Subluxation
There was p<.001 level of significant difference in the within-group, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, it was found that exercise group, MET group, and MET/exercise group showed a statistically significant changes at a level of p<.001, p<.01, and p<.01, respectively.

5. Sacral Inclination Angle Subluxation
There was p<.001 level of significant difference in within-group period, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, it was found that MET group, exercise group and MET/exercise group all showed a significant difference at a level of p<.01, p<.001, and also p<.001, respectively.

6. Lumbar Width Subluxation
It was found that there was a significant difference at a level of p<.001, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, exercise group showed p<.01 level of significant difference, and both MET group and MET/exercise group showed p<.01 level of significant difference.

7. Sacral Width Subluxation
The results showed that group, reciprocal action and within-group period showed a significant difference at a level of p<.05 and p<.001, respectively, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, exercise group showed p<.05 level of significant difference, and both MET group and MET/exercise group showed p<.01 level of significant difference.

8. Ilium Length Subluxation
The results revealed that group, reciprocal action and within-group period showed a significant difference at a level of p<.05 and p<.001, respectively, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, MET/exercise group showed p<.05 level of significant difference; as a result of conducting One-way analysis of variance, there was p<.01 level of significant difference in post over pre-test; in addition, the result of conducting posteriori test showed that MET/exercise group produced more significant effect that MET group and exercise group.

9. Ilium Width Subluxation
It was found that there was p<.01 level of significant difference in within-group period, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, both exercise group and MET group showed p<.01 level of significant difference while MET/exercise group showed p<.05 level of significant difference.

10. Anterior Tilting
It was found that there was p<.001 level of significant difference in within-group period, and the result of conducting posteriori test, MET/exercise group showed p<.01 level of significant difference.

11. Posterior Tilting
It was found that there was p<.05 level of significant difference in between-group, and as a result of conducting One-way analysis of variance, there was p<.01 level of significant difference in post over pre; as a result of conducting posteriori test, MET/exercise group was found to be more significant effect than MET group and exercise group.

12. Right lateral Tilting
It was found that there was a p<.01 level of significant difference in within-group period, and as a result of conducting posteriori test, there was p<.05 level of significant difference in exercise group and MET/exercise group, respectively.

13. Left Lateral Tilting
There was no significant difference in within-group period, and between-group, and period * group.

Putting the above together, implementation of the pelvic stabilization exercise program for lumbopelvic subluxation change, leg length change, Oswestry disability index, and postural balancing ability of a patient with a chronic backache accompanied by malalignment syndrome was found to have a positive influence. This study thinks that there is the need for doing new research and effort for suggesting a fundamental treatment method through the composition of the completed exercise program covering other joint areas including the whole of the malalignment related spine later.
