Purpose: This study identified the relationship between the quality attributes of HMR untact stores on consumers’ acceptance attitude, perceived value, and customer satisfaction using an extended technology acceptance model. Research design, data, and methodology: From July 29 to August 2, 2023, an online panel survey agency was commissioned to conduct a survey of HMR untact store users in their 20s and 40s nationwide, and a total of 206 people were used for the final analysis. The collected sample data were empirically analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. Results: First, the quality attributes (system quality, product quality) of HMR untact stores had a positive effect on perceived usefulness among consumers’ technology acceptance attitudes. Second, the quality attributes of HMR untact stores had a positive effect on perceived ease of use among consumers’ technology acceptance attitudes. Third, the system quality of HMR untact stores had a positive effect on perceived enjoyment, while product quality did not have a significant effect on perceived enjoyment. Fourth, among HMR untact store consumers’ technology acceptance attitudes, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment had a positive effect on perceived value, while perceived ease of use had no significant effect on perceived value. Fifth, the perceived value of HMR untact store consumers had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Implications: Theoretically, the relationship between the quality attributes of HMR untact stores where technology-based self-service (TBSS) and HMR product display are converged, the attitude of technology acceptance, and the perceived value and customer satisfaction were confirmed. In practice, it provides useful basic data for establishing customized strategies for customer satisfaction of HMR untact stores. HMR untact stores should make the most effort to provide various HMR products with excellent quality and reasonable prices. And, efforts should be made to improve efficiency and convenience, such as introducing artificial intelligence(AI) technology for customer satisfaction and developing food-Tech technology.
