This study set up research models and hypotheses to examine the relationship between HMR seeking benefits(functional benefits, psychological benefits) and product attributes, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The research hypothesis was verified through empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, HMR functional benefits(convenience) have a significant effect on psychological benefits(reliability) and psychological benefits(emotional). Second, HMR psychological benefits(reliability) showed significant effects on product attributes(material safety,packaging and vessel,cooking convenience, product quality). Third, HMR psychological benefits(positive emotions) have a positive effect on product attributes(cooking convenience), but negative effects on product attributes(material safety)appear. Fourth, HMR product attributes(cooking convenience,product quality) have a positive effect on satisfaction, but HMR product attributes(material safety) have a significant negative effect on satisfaction. Fifth, HMR satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. This study provides useful data for development of appropriate products and services and positioning strategies based on HMR benefit segment market results by recognizing consumers" unmet needs based on segmented market segment according to the benefit of pursuing HMR market.
