In this study, the purpose of this study was to prepare data for the design and construction of mid- and high-rise wooden buildings in the future by analyzing the current status of the equipment systems of domestic wooden buildings and overseas mid- and high-rise wooden buildings. When analyzing the facility system construction guide for domestic wooden houses, the common precautions when constructing facility systems such as ducts, ventilation, and piping were to minimize damage to the structure, which is directly related to the energy efficiency aspect. The first target site for the current status of domestic small-scale wooden building equipment system technology was the comprehensive research building of the Forest and Life Resources Research Department. The mechanical/firefighting system introduced geothermal energy, a new and renewable energy, and applied it to the actual cost system, and applied high-efficiency equipment to improve energy efficiency. I focused on it. The second target site was the Hangreen wooden buildings, and the main focus of the mechanical equipment system design was comfort, economic efficiency, maintenance, and hygiene, and the design focus of the firefighting equipment plan was to minimize damage to life and property. The building analyzed for overseas mid-rise wooden buildings was Mjøstårnet, which used electric heating as a mechanical/equipment system and had six fire prevention measures in place in terms of fire safety. In particular, electric heating can be said to be an innovative example in terms of sustainability.
