This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of Korea's collectivistic organizational climate on managers' perception of Work from home and Work productivity changes. For this study, data from the Second Female Managers Panel were utilized, and the analysis was conducted based on responses from 1,041 male managers and 2,301 female managers. The results showed that Work from home had a positive relationship with Work productivity changes adopted. In relation to the moderating effect, it was analyzed that Korea's collectivistic organizational climate exhibited a negative moderating effect between the two variables. These findings demonstrated some differences between male and female managers. Particularly, there was a statistically significant difference between genders in terms of the impact of Work from home on Work productivity changes adopted. Specifically, Female managers tended to more positively evaluate the impact of WFH on work productivity than male managers. This means that in Korea's collectivist organizational culture, subordinates with female managers are more likely to choose to work from home more freely. However, this study did not specifically identify the cause of this difference in gender perception. Based on the results of this study, if the reason for the collectivist organizational climate in Korea is based on Korean culture, more attention should be paid to how to increase work productivity by utilizing the collectivist organizational climate.
