As a representative of traditional Chinese folk art, Yangjiabu woodblock prints have an important position in Chinese cultural tradition. This study explores the application of color language of Yangjiabu woodblock prints in new color ceramic decoration through practical creation. The study analyzes various aspects such as cultural heritage, artistic innovation, industrial development and social impact. The color language of these New Year paintings contains rich traditional cultural connotations. Applying them to new color ceramic decoration helps inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture, thus promoting the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage. Secondly, the color language of Yangjiabu woodblock prints is integrated into the new color ceramic decoration, which not only inherits the traditional culture, but also injects new artistic elements into the ceramic art and creates a richer art form and expression. Third, the new color ceramic decoration combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design, incorporating the color language characteristics of New Year's paintings. This integration expands the market of ceramic decoration products, promotes the development of related industries, and drives the prosperity of cultural and creative industries. Finally, as an artwork with rich cultural connotations, the inheritance and innovation of the color language of new colored ceramic decorations not only has an impact on the art field, but also enhances the public's recognition and understanding of traditional culture, strengthens social and cultural cohesion, and promotes harmonious and stable development of society. In conclusion, this study is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the inheritance and development of traditional culture, promoting the innovation and transformation of cultural industry, and promoting the harmony and development of social culture.
