Focusing on the fact that the nationalism of <Wandering District 2> has doubled compared to the previous episode, this paper examined the characteristics of the Nation Narrative that stands out in the movie from the perspective of Bio-Power, Post-humanism, and Father Image. From the perspective of Bio-Power, <Wandering District 2> affirms the structure in which specific powers and experts save many lives in case of an emergency, dismissing voices of skepticism or distrust. From the perspective of Post-humanism, the film repeats extreme Chinese humanism. At the same time, Post-humanism that transcends the dichotomy shows a limitation of being trapped in a fixed Chinese nationalism and gender role. In <Wandering District 2>, the ‘Father Image’ representing a strong country stood out. The father of <Wandering District 2> symbolizes an elite who possesses the cutting-edge technology and protects a country that fulfills its responsibilities with all its life to save its family and humanity. If so, can global audiences agree with the worldview proposed by <Wandering District 2> toward the human destiny community? The general public is more like a number of ‘Homo Sacer’ that were not said in the movie. It seems difficult for global audiences to completely agree with the narrative of human salvation developed with their voices and questions silenced. The Chinese-style view of Biopolitique, the elite-centered top-down mechanism, should present a worldview that can better persuade the politically underprivileged and minorities who are prone to alienation. Just as Chinese cultural contents have owned the past with Nation Narratives about traditional culture or history, they will be able to preoccupy the future through new science fiction movies. However, it is questionable whether the science fiction worldview, which clearly advocates Chinese nationalism, can be sufficiently persuaded by the ‘human destiny community’. This is the actual truth of the gap that exists between the external and internal perspectives of the country.
