The research provides the characteristics of architectural planning through comparison analysis with space syntax data between internal street in complex commercial facility and hospital street in medical facility according to internalization of street in contemporary urban architectural design. The result of this research can be summarized as followed. First of all, the internalization of street in contemporary urban architecture becomes an everyday practice or routine and develops to a new spatial organization in complex commercial facility and medical facility. The second one is that the internal street in complex commercial facility reveals continuity and connection with outside and inside spaces for boundary adjustment and diverse user experience including functional spatial composition. The third one is that the hospital street in medical facility focuses functional spatial composition such as zoning, program distribution, circulation, way finding in the outpatient treatment and the inpatient wards. Based on the result, the internalization of street can be different with programs for user experience or functional aspect in contemporary urban architecture.
