This study applied a triangulation research method to derive the service quality factors of wellness tourism, which are multi-dimensional and complex, by establishing the concept of wellness tourism service quality. For this research, the service quality indicators of wellness tourism were verified through literature survey, in-depth interviews, Delphi, empirical research, etc. This study applied the OECD indicators in four categories: 'effectiveness,' 'value,' 'professionalism,' and 'sustainability'. These four dimensions comprised the 'Wellness Tourism Service Quality Indicators (WTSQUALI)' and were measured with 21 measurement items. This study discussed theoretical and practical implications necessary for the wellness tourism industry based on the indicators for wellness tourism service quality. Suggetions for follow-up studies on the development of the wellness tourism industry were also presented.
