This study aimed to derive improvement strategies for the FK league (top-tier futsal league) in Korea. Through a comprehensive review of prior research on the FK League (Kim et al., 2024), survey items were derived based on the opinions of all players and coaches played in FK league, along with literature review, and expert opinions were gathered using the Delphi method. Ultimately, utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), priority areas requiring immediate improvement were identified. A total of 10 improvement measures were identified through the Delphi surveys, including youth player development system, enhancement and expansion of coaching education programs, expansion of participating teams in the league, referee education for enhanced officiating, securing league title sponsorship, augmentation of support office (league operation, management, etc.), augmentation of team office (player management, administration, etc.), securing team sponsorships, promotional activities on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.), and establishment of promotional and marketing departments within the federation office. The AHP analysis revealed that securing the league title sponsorship should be prioritized for improvement. While the research alone may not lead to the advancement of the FK League, it is significant in identifying the necessity for its development and improvement measures.
