This study examined the impact of Feldenkrais method application on concentration, brain activity levels, and brain stress among male university students. Thirteen participants underwent 8 weeks of therapy, while 17 served as a control group with no treatment. Following method application, concentration levels increased significantly by 46.27% in the therapy group and by 20.69% in the control group(p<.01). However, the therapy group showed a non-significant 13.86% increase in brain activity levels compared to a significant 23.73% increase in the control group(p<.01). Brain stress decreased by 3% in the therapy group, but this change was not statistically significant, whereas the control group exhibited a significant 24.74% increase in brain stress(p<.001). In conclusion, Feldenkrais therapy demonstrated positive effects by enhancing concentration and mitigating brain stress among male university students. Future research should further investigate the relationships between different types of conditioning massage programs, exercises, and various health indicators such as stress, fatigue, cardiac health, physical vigor, and autonomic nervous system function. These investigations could provide deeper insights into optimizing therapeutic approaches for enhancing cognitive function and mental well-being in student populations.
