In the aftermath of COVID-19, there has been a surge in pursuing healthy living and creating comfortable, pleasingspaces. This escalation has spurred increased interest in cultural and artistic spaces incorporating the elements one finds innature. This research explores the lifestyle changes the pandemic prompted and analyzes the features of complex culturalspaces that mirror these shifts. The study considers how spaces have evolved post-pandemic and explores sustainable designapproaches for these complex cultural environments. The goal is to offer foundational insights for effective space-planningstrategies in the post-COVID landscape. To this end, the study begins by examinating changing lifestyle trends during thepandemic, followed by case studies of complex cultural spaces developed in the post-COVID period. The study alsocategorizes and summarizes the hybrid elements and characteristics in these spaces. The common traits of post-COVID hybridspaces largely revolve around their versatility and the inclusion of components in nature. They include a blend of past andpresent, showcasing temporal hybridity, along with the blending of different forms, such as remodeling, representing formalhybridity. They also combine spaces with diverse functions for functional hybridity, merge various arts and cultural elements todemonstrate genre hybridity, and create intersections between urban and natural settings, highlighting locational hybridity. Thesehybrid features and their relationship to nature could be key design strategies in the post-COVID era, focusing on health,well-being, and enriching cultural experiences.
