Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the subjective cognitive structure of participants within the running crew culture and the cognitive structure they perceive based on their experiences.
Method: To select the Q sample, in-depth interviews were conducted with 4 crew chiefs and 3 crew members, resulting in the selection of 25 Q statements. For the P sample, 20 individuals were selected using the schemata method proposed by Thompson (1967). The forced classification method was selected for Q classification analysis. Data collection took place from April 3 to May 20, 2024.
Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1) Type 1: More and more! Skill improvement, 2) Type 2: All hahahoho! Friendship model, 3) Type 3: Win-win! External stimulation type, 4) Type 4: SNS! Two-way communication type that actively communicates, 5) Type 5: Select and focus! It was classified into crew preference types.
Conclusion: In summary, the results of this study identify the subjective cognitive structure of participants within the running crew.
