The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the construction of Environmental Basic Facility and sports park complex facilities in the future through analysis of public perceptions through keyword analysis related to Hanam Union Tower and Pyeongtaek Osumplex(Pyeongtaek Eco Center) built for the first time in Korea. Accordingly, this study selected Pyeongtaek Osumplex(Pyeongtaek Eco Center) and Hanam Union Park as the main words, conducted text mining and semantic network analysis, and drew the following conclusions. As a result of the semantic network analysis, Pyeongtaek Osumplex (Pyeongtaek Eco Center) was connected to four categories: Pyeongtaek Eco Center Issue, Environmental Basic Facility, Public Relations Center, and Pyeongtaek Osumplex. And Hanam Osumplex appeared in four categories: a field trip, Hanam Union Park sports facility, surrounding facilities, and environmental basic facility. In conclusion, as a result of analyzing big data through keywords centered on Pyeongtaek Osumplex(Pyeongtaek Eco Center) and Hanam Union Park, the installation of complex facilities for waste treatment facilities and residents should be selected in consideration of local residents'' preferences, surrounding facilities, and location conditions. In addition, for effective operation, it should be institutionalized so that professional sports organizations or central government agencies can introduce systematic programs and operation plans. Finally, it will be necessary to prepare a construction plan so that the energy generated from waste treatment facilities can be used in sports facilities as renewable energy.
