This research is to explore priorities for promoting the domestic Marina industry using Delphi technique. The purpose of the research is to consider the challenges and the pre-determination of the development of the domestic Marina industry through collecting opinions from experts related to Marina, research institutes, professors, and government officials, and to seek the expected effects and mid- to long-term development plans when activated. Therefore, the Delphi research method, which was conducted on experts, was used to solve research problems. The results of these studies are as follows: First, the problem of fostering the domestic Marina industry was found to be important in the order of lack of content in the Marina industry, lack of professional human resources, lack of manned library facilities, lack of diverse infrastructure in the domestic Marina industry, lack of service conditions and expertise in Marina operation, and inefficiency in promoting the local government employees'' expertise and work. To solve this problem, the creation of a complex cultural space, support of a specialized university by the government, management of books and environment conditions by local governments, development of domestic noodles, private trust for public marinas or management rights, and selection of special bonds by professional government employees were discussed as a solution to the development of the domestic Marina industry. Second, development of domestic Marina Industries was important in order of development of contents of Marina Industry, development of manned books and establishment of a base mooring facility, expansion of expertise through benchmarking of advanced countries, expansion of specialized programs, development and development of specialized marina sports education and experience programs, and selection of government employees in related fields through promotion strategies. To solve this problem, a solution was discussed to create a complex cultural space, create temporary mooring facilities in manned books, activate field practice based on Marina, introduce a system to promote professional human resources, expand the budget for marine Academy, develop programs for specialization by region, and select specialized government employees. Third, the expected effect of fostering the domestic Marina industry was the creation of jobs and creation of added value, vitalization of Marina tourism, vitalization of the Marina service industry, strengthening the competitiveness of leisure ship manufacturing, balanced regional economic development, establishment of maritime silk by region, and growth of the center of Northeast Asia. To solve this problem, continuous development of Marina, formation of Marina Landmark, revision of related laws, introduction of RG support system for leisure ships, balanced formation of Marina by region, provision of opportunities to participate in maritime silk Roads, and establishment of Marina Network in Northeast Asia were discussed as solutions to the expected effects of fostering the domestic Marina industry. Fourth, mid- and long-term development methods for promoting the Marina industry in Korea were revised and the system was improved, operation of the Marina Marine Sports Education Program linked to schools, preparation of investment conditions for Marina from private and business organizations, establishment of a joint cluster of the central government, local government, and private organizations, establishment of a cooperative system for cooperation between advanced countries and related agencies, and establishment of the Marina Festival and organic system.
