The purpose of this study was to analysis Government-Wide Action Task Force for the Renovation of the World of Sports which is the eradication policy of the scandals based on Kingdon’s(1984) Multiple Streams Model and to present the policy implication by understanding specific attributes of the policy process. For this study, there was a case of launching Government-Wide Action Task Force for the Renovation of the World of Sports and using the case study and content analysis method. The results were as follows: First, the increasing scandals in sports, Victor-Ahn’s scandal, and the limitation of the previous policy formed the problem stream. Second, the competition between the goverment''s policy alternative and the national assembly''s policy alternative formed the policy stream. Third, the adhesion of irregularity and distrust in sports, and the change in government and will of reformation made up the politics stream. Fourth, These three independent streams form a coupling through the role of policy entrepreneurs(the President) and the Victor-Ahn’s scandal, finally launching the core of the eradication of corruption in sports policy, Government-Wide Action Task Force for the Renovation of the World of Sports. Through this analysis it was founded features of the relevance of the Kingdon''s model to this poicy case, influence of the president as a policy entrepreneurs and the absence of the policy alternatives. In conclusion, the political implications of this study were in twofold. First, it needs a system which is the sports policy-community. Second, sports policy should be formed under a rational process.
