As transportation develops and social demand increases, the importance of logistics costs is gradually increasing, and this is the same in the military. In particular, the military is carrying out missions at the cutting edge of the country for national defense, so logistics costs are more important. However, there is still insufficient research on logistics work is being carried out because transportation is centered on discharge units, and the resulting costs are wasted. From the perspective of the military, which has to efficiently operated limited resources, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce logistics costs and use the budget where it is more necessary. In this study, data on the number of vehicles and vehicle driving distance will be collected and forlalized for the reduction of food transportation costs of the division"s GOP unit, and a methodology for reducing logistics costs based on standardized data was presented. The actual transportation method of the standing division GOP unit was applied as the research data, and a methodology to overcome the limitations by applying Dijkstra algorithm to the limited part applied to the actual data was proposed. Through the methodology proposed in this study, a plan to reduce the cost of transporting food ingredients for the actual division GOP unit was proposed, which could contribute to creating conditions for more effective budget management.
