The army is conducting mine clearance operations in various front and rear areas, and this will continue to be a crucial operation in the future. However, there is a limitation in that these operations are primarily prepared and executed based on the experiential factors of the commander. In order to secure the scientific logic and rationale of the operations, we utilized an agent-based model to analyze the impact of factors such as the mine emplacement rate, the density of trees, and the composition of personnel on the operation time. Additionally, to enhance simulation that reflects the terrain information of the planned operational area. The validation of the simulation model was conducted by comparing the values obtained through equation-based analytical models with the simulation results. As a result, the optimal were personnel and team composition options for each operational environment could be calculated, and difference in operation time based on safety distances were identified.
