The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the empirical value of regional representative bakery as a regional tourism resource on the attitude in the visited area and the revisit intention. This study targeted 300 actual visitors. The main contents are as follows. Regional tourism development is important as a way to save the local economy away from Seoul-centered development. Recently, regional bakeries such as Sungsimdang in Daejeon and Leeseongdang in Gunsan have strengthened their brands and are attracting attention as tourism resources. This study empirically analyzed the effect of the empirical value of regional representative bakery on the attitude in the visited area and the revisit intention. As a result, consumer return on investment, escapism, and service excellence had a positive effect on the attitude and revisit intention, but aesthetics did not have a significant effect. Therefore, regional representative bakeries play an important role as tourism resources, and future studies have suggested that the overall issues of local residents" perception and tourism resource development should be dealt with. As a limitation of the study, samples were limited, and diversity by region was insufficient. Therefore, it is expected that future studies will require studies that consider regional differences, including data from more diverse regions.
