Management philosophy fundamentally underpins strategic decision-making in any organization, defined by its mission, vision, and core values. It also encapsulates the reason for the existence of the organization and the level of the future to be achieved. In particular, sustainability is a major concept of non-financial performance and has been regarded as a very important concept in the fisheries business. The purpose of this study is the following: 1) Based on various related documents, global fisheries leaders are more objectively identified, 2) Conducting social network analysis (SNA) of the missions and visions of global fisheries leaders and derives essential key concepts and keywords, 3) SNA is performed from the perspective of UN SDGs and ESG on the dimension of sustainability. Despite being leading global fisheries companies, some exhibited a lack of clear understanding or even misconceptions surrounding their missions and visions. In their contents, the essential characteristics of leading fisheries companies were intuitively and concisely reflected, and sustainability was similar. The social network analysis on sustainability revealed a network where management keywords such as customers, diversity, supply chain, safety, and data were interconnected. However, in the case of ESG, the governance (G) structure was not organically connected to the others, thus suggesting the need for further analysis when global standards become more established.
