The essence of automobile design has been closely related to our social and technological development and change over the years. Automotive design based on mobility servicesgenerally needs to be converted to a user-centered participant design process system overall. The purpose of this study is to get a convergent approach with incorporation the concept and goal of automobile & mobility design into the acceptance of user-centered design areas in the future design process and to create social services derived from them by showing variable characteristics such as new changes and situations. In this paper, we focus on upcoming social and technological environmental changes, examine various environmental factors affecting automobile design, and strengthen the factors, meanings, and values of innovative convergence, which are characteristics of new design process changes. The research method examined a convergence strategy in which design combining artificial intelligence and autonomous driving technology can play a leading role in future big data service platforms and design in the information age. The contents and results of this study are as follows. Understood the needs and development of design by era according to industrial revolution technology, and confirmed the value of convergence design through the establishment of infrastructure for automotive and mobility and shared service society based on big data platforms, the use of eco-friendly energy, and recycling systems. 1. Analysis of the Essential Meaning of Design, 2. The study of customized design values and influential convergence strategies, and 3. The results showed that the initial university entrance examination of the new process for convergence design, which can contribute to the construction of design convergence process innovation.
