This study aims to explore the influence of presence on user loyalty in exergames and constructs an intermediate model based on flow experience. By investigating the presence experienced by users in exergames and analyzing its impact on user loyalty, we seek to deepen our understanding of users’ psychological experiences and behavioral patterns in exergames. The theoretical framework covers concepts and relevant theories on presence, flow experience, and user loyalty. Research hypotheses include the direct impact of presence on user loyalty, with flow experience serving as a mediator. Data collection and analysis are conducted through questionnaire surveys to validate the research hypotheses. The specific results are as follows: 1. Cronbach"s Alpha and KMO were 0.919 and 0.955 respectively, indicating significant results and passing test of reliability and validity; 2. Through confirmatory factor analysis (model fit index, composite reliability, discriminant validity), we found a close correlation between presence, flow experience, and user loyalty; 3. Path analysis confirmed the significant mediating role of flow experience between presence and user loyalty.
