This study compares the differences in users" perceptions in order to propose customized strategies for revitalizing the operation of cultural regeneration spaces. The types of operations and activation factors derived from the analysis of previous studies are as follows. First, the activating factors of the "Space" type were "accessibility", "flexibility", and "identity". Second, the activating factors of the "Program" type were "creativity", "complexity", "educationality", and "business". Third, in the type of "Governance", the activating elements of "cooperation", "expertise", and "sharing" appeared. Based on this, a survey was conducted to compare and analyze the difference in perception from the user"s point of view. As a result, in order for the operation of cultural regeneration spaces to be revitalized, the importance of "space" and "program" among the types of operation was higher than that of the "governance" type. In addition, in order to revitalize the overall operation of the cultural regeneration space, it was evaluated that it is most advantageous to induce activation by actively considering the elements of "accessibility" and "identity" of the "space" type and the "business" of the "program" type. If we look at it by type of operation, First, in order to induce revitalization centered on "space", it is necessary to further strengthen the "identity" of "space", the "complexity" of "program", and the "professionalism" of "governance". Second, in order to induce operational activation centered on "programs", it is advantageous to strengthen the "accessibility" of "space", the "creativity" of "programs", and the "cooperation" of "governance". Third, in order to induce operational revitalization centered on "governance", it is necessary to strengthen the "flexibility" of "space", the "creativity" of "programs", and the "professionalism" of "governance". Based on these results, it will be possible to derive a differentiated direction for each cultural regeneration space in consideration of local goals and residents" perceptions. In addition, it is expected to serve as a basis for a revitalization plan that can be approached step by step with priority in the operating environment of the limited cultural regeneration space.
