연구목적: 본 연구는 변화하는 교육 현장에서 적합한 특수교육대상자 학습중심 현장실습 운영 방안의 개선점을 모색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 현장실습 운영 경험이 있는 총 7명의 전문가를 선정하여 포커스 그룹 면담(Focused Group Interview; FGI)을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 학습중심 현장실습에 대한 교사들의 운영 현황은 지역별로 시기와 기간이 상이하였으며, 관련 서류 간소화를 희망하였다. 둘째, 학생의 안전을 위한 지원과 현장실습운영위원회의 개선이 필요하며 현장실습 교육과정 편성 및 운영에 있어 어려움을 호소하였다. 셋째, 현장실습 사전교육과 교원 대상 연수가 필요하며 학교 지원 방안이 확대되기를 희망하였다. 마지막으로, 교육부 장애학생 진로취업지원시스템의 보완과 하이파이브(Hifive) 시스템 공유 등 현장실습 온라인 시스템의 개선이 필요하다고 분석되었다. 결론: 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 학습중심 현장실습을 운영하는 현장에서의 어려움과 개선 방안을 논의하였으며 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
Purpose: This study aims to find improvements in the operation plan of learning-focused field training for students with disabilities suitable in the changing educational field. Method: Total of 7 experts with experience in Learning-focused field training were selected and focused group interviews were conducted. Results: First, the current status of teachers’ operation for learning-focused field training differed by region in timing and period, and it was hoped to simplify related documents. Second, support for student safety and improvement of the learning-focused field training operation committee were needed, and difficulties were complained in organizing and operating the learning-focused field training curriculum. Third, pre-training for learning-focused field training and training for teachers were needed, and it was hoped that school support measures would be expanded. Finally, it was said that it was necessary to improve the learning-focused field training online system, such as supplementing the NICE career employment support system and opening the high-five system to students with disabilities. Conclusion: Based on these results, difficulties in the field of operating learning-focused field training and improvement measures were discussed, and suggestions for further research were presented.
