Drawing upon the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, this study investigates the relationship between online concert user experience (stimulus) and continuous viewing intention (response), with a particular focus on the mediating roles of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use (organism). In the context of the growing integration of the internet and concert experiences, understanding these dynamics is vital for advancing the development of online concerts. This research constructs a comprehensive theoretical model, centering on three primary dimensions of user experience: information experience, entertainment experience, and interactive experience, alongside perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as mediators. Employing extensive questionnaire surveys and detailed structural equation modeling, the study unveils that information and interactive experiences significantly enhance users" perceived usefulness and ease of use, both of which positively influence continuous viewing intention. Contrary to conventional beliefs, however, it was found that entertainment experience does not significantly impact perceived usefulness. This notable discovery holds substantial implications for optimizing online concert platforms, particularly in enhancing user experience. Furthermore, this study enriches the theoretical discourse on online concert user behavior, introducing novel insights and methodologies for probing and understanding this domain.
