The purpose of this study is to establish a detailed factor structure of Pilates leader expertise through Delphi analysis to present standards for Pilates leader expertise and provide basic guidelines for the direction of education. Delphi analysis has been conducted three times since January 2023 for university professors and Ph.D.-level researchers with more than 7 years of research experience and professionals with more than 10 years of field education experience. Average, standard deviation, and CVR audit tracking methods were used to secure validity. As a result of the study, first, 'understanding anatomical knowledge', 'acquisition of the principle of movement', 'prescription, rehabilitation knowledge acquisition', and 'acquisition of major-related knowledge' were derived as professional factors in the field of major knowledge competency. Second, 'sequence composition and field application' are the factors of expertise in the area of leadership technology competency. Factors such as 'class content knowledge transfer ability', 'class progress ability', 'leadership ability suitable for exercise purpose', and 'observation ability in the class process' were derived. Third, 'communication ability', 'educational values', and 'personality and attitude' factors were derived as professional factors in the area of educational service competency. Fourth, 're-registration management', 'member database management', 'consultation and guidance', and 'effort to attract new members' were derived as professional factors in the area of member management competency. Fifth, 'device safety management', 'maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom environment', and 'creating an educational environment' were derived as the professional factors in the area of environmental management competency.
