Purpose: This study investigates the cost calculation of appropriate repair parts using data analysis and commercial S/W.
Methods: The OPUS SUITE, which is a commercial S/W, is used to calculate the repair parts during the operation period. Consequently, the annual demand and cost are calculated based on the analyzed results using field data.
Results: The quantity and cost of repair parts during the entire operation period were calculated using OPUS SUITE; however, only the item and cost of repair parts during the entire operation period are suggested. To address this problem, the annual budget requirements and costs were derived via the application of the results of field data analysis.
Conclusion: Using the proposed method, an easier cost estimation method was demonstrated via the estimation of the annual cost of repair parts in the Total Life Cycle System Management of the weapon system.
