In many countries, incentive travel has played a more and more prominent role in more and more enterprises, accounting for its ability to encourage staff, develop new markets and shape corporate images. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of inventive travel constraints on behavioral intention. The methods of analysis included demographic characteristics and travelling characteristics to grasp the characters of the respondents. Then through the factor analysis and regression analysis to identify whether the travel constraints in incentive tour will effect on the behavioral intention or not. The results show that the three factors of travel constraints based on literature reviews were proper. The constraints factors included intrapersonal factors, interpersonal factors, and structural factors. The result of relations between travel constraints and incentive tourists' behavioral intention showed that the intrapersonal factors have obviously influenced on travel intention.
