This study aims to suggest an efficient way for a professor’s communication style to enjoyable interaction with students and its loyalty in order to determine the loyalty of the professor’s communication styles on the formation of enjoyable interaction with students. After conducting a preliminary questionnaire survey amongst students from the Department of Cosmetology, 290 copies were used for an empirical study. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The study results found the following: According to a factor analysis, three (3) factors were derived in terms of communication styles. In terms of loyalty two (2) factors were obtained. According to analysis of the effects of a professor’s communication styles on enjoyable interaction with students and intimate, professional, and controlled communication styles had a significant effect on enjoyable interaction. In terms of the effects of intimate, professional, and controlled communication styles on loyalty, controlled had a significant effect in terms of trust type. According to an analysis of the effects of loyalty type with students on loyalty, a significant effect was found in enjoyable interaction. The empirical analysis found that a professor should spend more time in enjoyable interaction with students and enhancing expertise. Loyalty to the professor of students will improve loyalty by encouraging students to voluntarily participate in discussions, presentations, and Q&A sessions. In addition, Regarding a professor’s communication styles in the future, submit an active class participation and challenges are will increase loyal to the students.
