It divided hair designers according to work position, a hair salon forms, working hours per day, careers in beauty industry, current job tenure, and has analyzed seven sub-dimensions of self-efficacy; distrust of his ability, ongoing mission, self-confident ability, prefer challenging situation, coping situation, job stress, continuous self-development and three sub-dimensions of job competency ; professionalism, business relationship management, self-management. The data collected from 217 hair dressers through a survey, were analyzed ; by using SPSS 20.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance to compare differences between groups were performed. As a result, job type to improve job efficacy represent as follows : the director and manager in work position, franchise form in hair salon forms, five days or less the average working days a week, 8 hours per day or less in working hours per day, more than 10 years of experience in careers in beauty industry. Job type to improve job competency most, represent the differences most as follows : the director and manager in work position, franchise mode in hair salon forms, six days a week more than the average, and manager of the position, and a hair salon hair salon franchise mode, working six days a week more than the average, 11 hours per day. Hence, based on these results, the effective operation and management of hair services to provide the empirical data.
