The purpose of this study is to examine causes, forms and results of the conflicts within beauty culture organization. The study analyzed 309 papers from 09-01-2009 to 09-30-2009. In order to look at the conflicting relationships and the effects on the conflicts, the study conducted correlation and multiple regression analysis. In summary, as mutual dependence,the gap in the goals, the group cohesion, communication, the gap in awareness, leadership and personality increase,the vertical conflict increases. Also, as the gaps in goals and awareness increase, the parallel conflict gets increased. As the vertical conflict grows, the satisfaction in job assignments and the immersion in the organization increase. As the parallel conflict increases, the immersion in the group gets decreased. When the employers emphasize the principles, accept employees’ ideas and achieve the sense of unity with their employees, it brings positive influences in a way that the feeling of satisfaction and immersion at work increases. On the other hand, when there is a gap in a way of thinking or there is less self-regulating authority at work, the dissatisfaction and less feeling of immersion can be caused.
