The purpose of this study is to come up with a process-driven evaluation plan based on the K University's elective Chinese online class satisfaction survey. The survey was conducted twice, and 98 students participated in the survey. The survey consisted of eight items in three dimensions: learner, instructor, and assignment composition, and the findings are as follows: First, the overall satisfaction of non-face-to-face online classes was found to be relatively high, with satisfaction ranking in the order of instructors, learners, and assignments. Second, four models were presented as a process-driven evaluation plan, including "reading, writing, mind map drawing, and cultural exploration," and a total of seven assignment-based evaluations confirmed that the assignment-based evaluation items were appropriate for learners' cognitive achievement, creativity and self-directed learning skills.
