For the efficient operation of the port, various research activities are being actively conducted among domestic research institutes and related companies. In particular, it is essential to study the receiving system to process various data due to the nature of the port. In this study, 250THz, the maximum bandwidth of optical fiber that is basically installed in Korean ports and used as the national backbone network, can be used without system replacement, and information signals transmitted on different wavelengths are used as individual transmission paths. A study was conducted on a receiving system that can process a signal at the system's maximum bit rate. The analysis of the reception system calculated the reception sensitivity for the change of . As a result of the calculation, the measured sensitivity of the receiving system was obtained as , and when this was calculated based on the reference error rate of the communication network, a transmission capacity of 140 Gbs was obtained. This is a result that is superior to the performance of the currently used receiving system.
