Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the affecting factors of sexual consciousness, sexual attitude, sexual behavior and life protection consciousness, bioethics consciousness of high school male students and to prevent the risk from distorted sexual consciousness, sexual attitude, sexual behavior. Methods: The data was collected from October 1 to December 25, 2016. A total of 378 students attending the second grade of four male high schools located in D city. Data was analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe`s tes, multiple logistic regression via SPSS WIN 23.0. Results: Result on the general characteristics of the subjects, the sex consciousness was school record(p=.027), participation in religious activities(p=.034) and the sexual attitude was participation in religious activities(P=.002). In the life protection consciousness was school record(p=.018), chronic disease in family(p=.028) and the bioethics consciousness was religion(p=.017), number of famliy(p=.002). In multiple regression, the predictors of Life protection consciousness were sexual consciousness and sexual attitude, biothical consciousness were sexual attitude, which each explained 26.5%, 86.4%. Conclusions: It will be necessary to apply the education method for raising ethical and correct sexuality and the program development of various professional groups.
연구목적: 본 연구는 남자 고등학생들의 성의식, 성태도, 성행동과 생명존중의식, 생명윤리의식을 파악하고, 영향요인을 규명하여 청소년들의 왜곡된 성의식, 성태도, 성행동으로부터 위험성을 예방하고, 남자 고등학생의 생명윤리 교육과 성 교육 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2016년 10월 1일에서 12월 20까지 D시에 위치한 4개 남자 고등학교 2학년에 재학하는 378명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 23.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA와 Scheffe`s test, multiple logistic regression 으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 유의한 결과를 살펴보면, 성의식에서는 학교성적(P=.027), 종교활동참여(p=.034)이였으며, 성태도에서는 종교활동참여(p=.002)이었다. 생명존중의식에서는 학교성적(p=.018), 가족 내 만성질환 유무(p=.028)이었으며, 생명윤리의식에서는 종교(p=.017), 가족수(p=.002)가 유의하게 나타났다. 생명존중의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성의식(t=2.91, p=.004), 성태도(t=-4.72, p<.001)로 이들 요인의 설명력은 26.5%이었으며 생명윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성태도(t=3.63, p<.001)로 설명력은 86.4%였다. 결론: 윤리적이고 올바른 성의식을 기르기 위한 교육적 방법과 다각도의 전문가 집단의 프로그램 개발의 적용이 필요할 것이다.
