The study investigated the function on raw materials for functional pet food from marine resources with published journals and products. And IPA was conducted on 14 raw materials and 10 major functions that are sold on the market or have a lot of previous studies. The results of this analysis showed that functions that should be managed consistently were Nutrition, Diet and Immunity. Digestive and Health were the Functions that managed more intensive. The Functions that should be a lower priority were Skin & Coat, Allergy and Hip & Joint. The Functions that should improve over efforts were Management and Other Preference. The results of this study showed that food materials from marine resources for pet food products are used in various functional pet foods and have the possibility and necessity of sufficient research and commercialization. Therefore, in the case of the raw materials from marine resources with various functions, it is necessary to convert interest or investment in functions of low priority fields into fields with high priority Accordingly, it is suggested that the market status of functional pet food raw materials from marine resources should be reviewed and developed into a field where Pet-Fam demand.
