Zuo Zhuan is an important classic that integrates classics, history and literature. Zuo Qiuming didn’t seem to have a clear sense of style when he created Zuo Zhuan, but he used a variety of styles flexibly in his actual writing. Analyzing the writing style of Zuo Zhuan from the perspective of stylistics can give a deeper understanding of the nature and style of Zuo Zhuan. Han Feizi has a unique style among the pre-Qin scholars, with sharp thinking and strict logic. But compared with other philosophers, the style does not have very obvious characteristics.
The academic circles have seldom analyzed the style characteristics of Han Feizi and Zuo Zhuan. On the basis of in-depth analysis of Han Feizi and Zuo Zhuan and related documents, Mainly use the theory of stylistics, adopt the method of literature analysis and comparative research, and integrate with some characteristics of Chinese traditional culture, from the perspective of stylistic evolution and cultural studies, discuss Zuo Zhuan about Zichan in Han Feizi From the perspective of style and concept, it examines the academic and ideological characteristics of Han Feizi and the differences with Zuo Zhuan. And discuss how HanFeizi records Zichan’s words and deeds, and the relationship between Han Feizi and Zuo Zhuan? Through in-depth analysis and rigorous demonstration, the author believes that Zuo Zhuan and Han Feizi belong to a parallel relationship. The historical events described by Zuo Qiuming and Han Fei are basically the same, but due to their different concepts, the writing styles are also quite different. There is not much difference in the description of Zuo Zhuan’s historical events in the two books. However, due to the differences in the concepts of Confucianism and Legalism, as well as the differences in the style of praise, prophecy, rhetoric and scriptures, debates, and difficulties, there are actually two faces. different offspring. The stylistic features and cultural connotations of Zuo Zhuan and Han Feizi have great literary criticism value.
