The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for follow-up studies by seeking academic introspection and development direction by examining research trends of domestic speed skating. A total of 105 papers were collected using two keywords, and five research questions were presented based on the collected papers. It will be able to find out the trend of the thesis classification, research object, game item, research field and research method of domestic speed skating by research year. Therefore, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 24 to derive the results of the research problem, and the reliability of the research was secured through inter-rater reliability(IRR). As a result, first, in the case of the classification of the thesis, it appeared in the order of the thesis of the journal, the master’s thesis, and the doctoral thesis, and the two thesis except the doctoral thesis are increasing Second, the subjects of the study are the participant, the equipment, the guitar, and the leader. Third, the sports events were not specified, followed by short distance, mixed distance, middle distance, and long distance. There are many studies related to short distance and other studies are insufficient. Fourth, the research field is concentrated on exercise physiology and kinesiology, and less than 15 papers have been published in the research field except for the two research fields.Fifth, research methods are quantitative research, qualitative research, and mixed research in order, and quantitative research methods occupy a large proportion.
