The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between sport commitment and exercise satisfaction in sports for all members according to sports for all coach’s leadership and provide basic data to revitalize sports for all and community members’ continuous performance of exercise. The objectives and methods were explained and only 312 participants who consented to the study participated in the study. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn. Hypothesis 1, there is a significant relationship between sports for all coach’s leadership and sport commitment. Hypothesis 1, “Transformational leadership has a significant relationship with sport commitment” was accepted. 2. Hypothesis, “Transactional leadership has a significant relationship with sport commitment” was accepted. Hypothesis 2, there is a significant relationship between sports for all coach’s leadership and exercise satisfaction. - Hypothesis, “Transformational leadership has a significant relationship with exercise satisfaction” was accepted. - Hypothesis, “Transactional leadership has a significant relationship with exercise satisfaction” was accepted. Hypothesis 3, “Sport commitment has a significant relationship with exercise satisfaction” was accepted.
