Purpose: The purpose of this study is to help prevent chronic disease of NCO candidates and improve their quality of military combat fitness by investigating the 12-week military combat fitness training with EMS shoes on military fitness, blood fatigue factors, and blood inflammatory in NCO candidates.
Method: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 36 NCO candidates at D, S city, were selected at random and allocated 12 NCO candidates for the walker exercise group (WEG), shoes exercise group (SEG), EMS shoes exercise group (ESEG) and measured military fitness, blood fatigue factors, and blood inflammatory factors before and after the experiment.
Results: The conclusions obtained from this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the change of military fitness to military combat fitness training program, there were significant improvements in ESEG compared with WEG and SEG after 12 weeks. Second, as a result of analyzing the change of blood fatigue factors to military combat fitness training program, there were significant improvements in ESEG compared with WEG and SEG after 12 weeks. Third, as a result of analyzing the change of blood inflammatory to military combat fitness training program, there were significant improvements in ESEG compared with WEG and SEG after 12 weeks.
Conclusion: In conclusion, this study confirms that 12-week military combat fitness training with EMS shoes could improve military fitness, blood fatigue factors, and blood inflammatory factors in NCO candidates.
