The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the role of MZ generation in the relationship between the perceived need solving and self satisfaction and to present relevant implications of Maslow’s Theory. The survey period took place from April 1 to 15, 2022 and 220 copies of the structured questionnaire were distributed through the convenience extraction method, at the breakfast dining restaurant in the K 5 star hotel in Seoul Korea, to staying guests in the hotel. First, the quota convenience sampling method was adopted as the sampling method and a structured questionnaire was used for the survey, and a 7-point Likert scale was used, focusing on the items whose reliability and validity of measurement items were verified through several studies. Second, the measured variables consisted of 12 items of 3 factors. Third, a total of 220 questionnaires were distributed and 200 effective samples. The findings based on the analysis results are as follows. First, the results revealed Hypotheses 1, 2, and 3 were accepted. Second, the academic findings have significant implications because this study confirmed results regarding the role of MZ generation in the relationship between the perceived need solving and self satisfaction. Third, the practical implications suggest managers need to constantly prepare to create and make more deluxe, comfortable, safe, and easy to use.
