• In the process of logistics and distribution, workers must quickly calculate the optimal route in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Due to the dynamic environment, the optimal route differs from the route with a strong distribution of pheromone values, and as complexity increases, the agent becomes confused and cannot generate the route quickly.
• This study proposed framework that provides fluidity to pheromone values and reduces agent confusion in dynamic environments for rapid and effective route generation
