Due to Russia"s recent invasion of Ukraine and North Korea"s test-firing of a new intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), the security situation on the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia is deepening uncertainty and instability. Currently, the South Korean military is exposed to military threats centered on new concept weapons systems such as hypersonic missiles, including North Korea"s nuclear and missile threats. From a historical point of view, World War II provided the fundamental cause of the division system on the Korean Peninsula and the traditional security dilemma in Northeast Asia. World War II can be said to be an important structural history in that "war as a state" and "war as an act" continue. Therefore, in this study, the factors of defeat in Germany during World War II were considered, focusing on the R&D and wartime production system of weapons systems, which are key elements of war sustainability. Today"s reexamination of the history of World War II about 80 years ago has historical implications in terms of re-enactment.
