Construction project participants can be divided into owners, designers, and contractors, and in the design stage, there is collaboration between the owner-designer, and within the designer, by industry and by sector. However, because of the construction bidding structure, in which the designer can only meet the contractor after the commencement, the designer completes the design book without meeting with the contractor within limited experience and hands over the results to the contractor. Due to this, the contractor undergoes a lot of trial and error at the construction site to complete the object. As a complement to this, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation has held a review meeting of the construction design book, and immediately after the construction, the owners, designers, contractors, and supervisors gather together to review the design book and reflect the review in the book before this construction. In this study, we will analyze the results of the construction design book review meeting and propose the direction of writing a design book with a high degree of completeness.
