This study focuses on examining aspects of eco-feminism in Ruined of Lynn Nottage. These aspects were investigated in three parts. First, the exploitation of coltan and the rape of women are due to the patriarchal ideology as the exploitation of nature by humans and the exploitation of women by men. Second, women who are damaged by rape are selling alcohol as men"s puppet at Mama"s bar, but they find themselves through Mama"s maternal care, acknowledge their differences, and dream of the future in a bond with each other. Third, the harmony between humans and nature is presented through the appearance of a community in which Mama and Christian"s erotic care, the sounds of the tropical rain forest, the quiet chirping of birds and the cry of a parrot calling for Mama come together. From such an eco-feminist perspective, Nottage shows a society where everyone and nature coexists peacefully, a future community that goes beyond the practice of “I” and moves toward the practice of “we.”
