The purpose of this study was to measure fatigue of Air Force cadets using a smart watch and analyzed differences in body composition depending on whether they pass the physical test. The subjects of the study were 30 cadets who failed the physical test on time in the first semester of 2021. The subjects were classified as test passed(TP/16 members) and test failed(TF/14 members) physical strength assessment. The data collection for the study was as follows. Fatigue measurements were made by collecting stable heart rate, average heart rate, sleep time, and number of step during stabilization by wearing a smart watch two weeks before the reassessment. The data of body composition was conducted for one week prior to the revaluation, and the records of the physical test events one were collected after the revaluation. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23.0 to calculate the mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and correlation analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, there was not difference in the physical composition between TP and TF(p<0.05). Second, there was a difference in the number of steps and fatigue scores between TP and TF. Third, there was a difference in push-up of physical test between TP and TF.
