Objective: This study observed brain activation patterns in males and females in their 20s when presented with stressinduced tasks. Background: No findings have been reported on the clinical implications of brain signal patterns during stress-induced events, and no database has been secured as objective data in terms of brain science. Therefore, this study seeks to obtain a database of brain activation regions characterized by stress-induced tasks. Method: The experiment was conducted on right-handed, healthy adult males and females in their 20s with normal cognitive ability, and the stress index was measured using the Korean version of the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) (Cohen, 1998), which is a stress index test before and after the experiment.
