The Electronic APU Filter (Air Processing Unit) is basically a system that filters out oil, moisture, and pollutants contained in the compressed air generated through the air compressor and protects the pneumatic devices that will then use the compressed air. In the case of commercial vehicles, the application of pneumatic parts such as Brake, lifting axle, Air Suspension/Bellows, etc. is expanding dramatically, and purification and control are increasing day by day in using high-pressure air generated in a pneumatic compressor to ensure durability and performance. In addition, the background of the development of this technology is the urgent need for a technology to improve energy efficiency of commercial vehicles with the largest fuel consumption and mileage due to the rapid global warming. In this study, filter and localization and to develop the import of about apu filter the lead before the filter through the Flow Analysis of Fluid Flow To analyze the flow properties. The flow characteristics of the first developed product filter and two existing KONR Filter and WABCO Filter were compared, and in the graph of the analysis conditions, a pressure difference of 60000 (㎩) occurred at a flow rate of 0.85 ㎧, and a pressure difference of 11000 (㎩) occurred at a flow rate of 0.9 ㎧ for the developed product filter. In addition, the inlet flow value of the developed filter was lower than that of the existing filter, and secondary design changes were carried out due to problems in ventilation and assembly/fixed parts. Although Type A applied the blade structure and Type B blade structure in the form of a roll type rather than the stacked design of the primary model, the redesign was carried out by increasing the air permeability as much as possible. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the inlet flow value of the second developed product filter B type model was higher than that of the first model.
