IT BSC not only to measure the benefit of IT outsourcing quantatatively and qualitatively but to help monitor its performance continuously. The BSC(Balanced Scorecard), which supplements traditional finantial measures with intangible aspects such as customer, internal business process, and innovation and learning perspectives, has been applied to information technology in order to evaluate IT performance fairly. The proposed methodology can be applied to measure the performance of IT Outsourcing from linkage between business and IT strategies, metrics and baseline development, data collection, measurement, to analysis and report. The proposed framework enables to measure IT outsorcing performance qualitatively as wel as quantatatively from the aspect of business strategy. Practitioners will learn how to measure IT outsourcing, and the outsourced companies will have the performance result and monitoring tools through the IT BSC.
