This study was Prajna-Paramita Scripture [Wi-Cho-Ui-Jeong-Song-Prajna- Paramita-cheop, hereafter referred to as Sim-Gyeong-Cheop], which was written by Wandang, Chusa Kim Jeong Hee for the zen master, Choui. But, very little is known about the background of how Sim-Gyeong-Cheop was written. In addition, its original script was doubtful. Fortunately, this doubt can be solved from some literature related to Won-Dae-Jeong-Gun-Ji, Daam's scrapbook of writings and pictures published some years ago, and Prajna-Paramita. The new facts revealed by this paper can be summarized as follows. First, this Sim- Gyeong-Cheop was written at Choui's request, not by Chusa himself from his reward for Choui's giving tea as a gift. Second, the fact that Choui asked Chusa to write the document to console Chusa while he stayed at the Sanbanggul cave in Jejudo was revealed through Won-Dae-Jeong-Gun-Ji. Third, Jeobon has a slight transformation of holy words based on Hyeonjangbon and it also showed that he followed those by Gu Yang Sun and Ong Bang Gang. Fourth, the script written at the end of Sim-Gyeong-Cheop was unique in that it was not found in the Prajna-Paramita Scripture by Chusa. In particular, that he referred himself as Danpageosa implies his Buddhist wisdom in that he overcame his life of exile wisely. This explains why Sim-Gyeong-Cheop written by Chusa for the zen master Choui was famous.
