문맥혈전증은 임신 중 매우 드문 질환으로 매우 다양한 원인과 다양한 임상양상으로 나타날 수 있다. 본 증례는 31세 경산부가 복부 불편감 호소하여 임신 오조로 치료 받았으나, 상복부 및 심와부 통증 심해져 임신 12주에 복부 초음파 검사를 통해 문맥 혈전증을 진단받은 예이다. 산모는 과거 특이 외과 및 내과적 질환이 없었으며 응고 장애도 발견되지 않았다. 임신 기간 중 항응고제 치료를 받았으며 특별한 합병증 없이 건강한 신생아를 질식 분만 하였다. 이에 우리는 과거력상 특이 질환 및 과혈전성 질환 없이 임신 중 발생한 문맥혈전증 1례를 보고하는 바이다.
